All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to written articles, guides, reviews, page designs, graphics, logos, colour schemes, typography choices and structural layouts — is the intellectual property of pak32 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The "pak32" name, the pak32 logo and all associated branding elements are proprietary to pak32. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any pak32 trademark, logo or branding element without prior written consent.

You may access and view Content on the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works — requires express prior written authorisation from pak32.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Content is accurate, complete, current or reliable;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Warranties that any information about a third-party gambling operator is current, accurate or comprehensive at the time of your reading.

pak32 exercises reasonable care in preparing and publishing Content, but the online gambling industry changes rapidly. Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination. Clauses 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Third-Party Content) and 16 (Governing Law) shall survive any termination of access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pak32 does not represent that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction; access is at the user's own initiative and risk.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable law in the territory from which the Platform is operated.

Nothing in this clause restricts any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory applicable laws in your home jurisdiction.
